My name is Maria Poupalou and I have been dedicated to the science of psychology since a young age as I always wanted to better understand how the human mind works and how it influences people’s different behaviors and reactions.
In my youth years, my personal need to learn how to successfully handle life’s challenges and disappointments in a positive way, led me to want to help others to achieve the same. Although this dream may seem simplistic, unripe and naive today, it has proven to be complex, realistic and mature over time.
After years of studying, training, searching and personal development, I can now stand exactly where I envisioned myself – providing the specialized help that people seeking assistance need in order to improve the quality of their lives and overcome the problems and difficulties that hold them back.
